Dandurand Real Estate was created and founded in the year 2000 by Peter P. Dandurand in Cumberland and Charlestown, Rhode Island. Dandurand Real Estate is a small business that prides itself on repeated clients and referrals throughout the community.

Peter P. Dandurand is the Broker and Owner of Dandurand Real Estate. Peter is a 25+ year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over Rhode Island and Massachusetts in over 600 real estate transactions. Peter has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first. Hardworking and passionate, Peter has a reputation for excellent negotiation skills, cutting-edge marketing, and invaluable connections. Peter has his degree in Business Administration & Economics from Johnson & Wales University. He is a consistent multi-million-dollar producer in real estate each year.
He has served on the Board of Directors of the Northern RI Board of Realtors and the RI State Board of Realtors. He is presently a member of the Grievance Committee of the Northern RI Board of Realtors. Peter is licenced in RI, MA and CT.
As a conscientious community member, Peter was also the President of the Charlestown Chamber of Commerce for six years. In his free time, Peter is an avid gardener and loves boating on Ninigret Pond, along with fishing, and clamming. Peter enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with his family and five grandchildren.

Rhode Island and Massachusetts are great places to live and work, which is why Sara Dandurand Jacobson chose to call it home. Though a native Rhode Islander, Sara has also experienced relocations due to military life. Moving, relocating, buying, and selling her home has afforded Sara a sensitivity to her client’s journey.
Real estate is a passion for Sara, and with her background in business communications, along with the designation for being a Military Relocation Professional and an Accredited Buyers Representative, it is easy to see why Sara is always contacted for help with buying and selling. Sara has been a part of the Dandurand Real Estate family since 2018, but she isn’t just passionate about helping families find their next homes. Sara was an active committee member for the R.I. Walk for Apraxia and loves being a part of other Rhode Island community events.
A dedicated mom of two athletic boys, when Sara isn’t in the office, you’ll often find her at local parks, playgrounds, baseball fields, karate studios, swimming pools, and the beach, enjoying time with her friends and family members.

As a life-time resident of Blackstone Valley, David DeLauder is very knowledgeable of the place he calls home.
